Good for CBC. CBC has long been known for providing excellent programming. They are the "network" that I watch most outside of specialty channels.
I also regularly watch "Daily Planet" which won an award for "furniture" and, although I'm an atheist, I watched several episodes of "The Naked Archeologist" on Vision, because it was an interesting programme. (These were mentioned in the article)

Are the awards in the television industry then like so many other industries, where it's a co-operative award, where just about everyone wins? Which is done so as to justify everyone coming in the first place?
