Default Writing DMR-HS2 compatible DVD-RAMs on a PC

I recently purchased a Panasonic DMR-HS2 (standalone recorder/player) and a Panasonic SW-9571-CYY Multidrive for my PC. The goal was to make proof copies of DVD productions on DVD-RAM, then play them on the DMR-HS2. So far no luck. Programs such as MyDVD 4.0 will write to DVD-RAMs, but the DMR-HS2 can't read them. Going the other way, from the DMR-HS2 to the PC works OK. Anyone know of any PC software that will generate DMR-HS2 compatible DVD-RAMs?

Default file extension and res.

When you stick the DVD-RAM disc in your PC's drive, what file extension do you see? What about the resolution? 720*480? Is the file that you dragged over from the HS2 DVD-RAM disc ready to burn to DVD-R in Nero or EZCD?

Default DVD-RAM contents after DMR-HS2 formatting.

Sthuynh -

After formatting a DVD-RAM it has a folder named "DVD_RTAV". In this folder are two files: "VR_MANGR.BUP" and "VR_MANGR.IFO". Both files have a 11kb file length.
