Hi,
Has anyone noticed that you cannot adjust any picture quality settings such as black levels or colors, contrast or brightness with the 5 disk dvd player in this unit? Has anyone noticed that it displays levels with too much light. Any one know how to make levels darker? I have the Samsung 4051 and can adjust the picture within that but it will affect the hdtv channels as well. What does anyone thing of the hdmi dvd quality compared to other htib in the same price range? |

I also have a TQ-72 and an HD860, with my 4092D tv. I haven't taken the HD860 out of the box yet because I figured I don't need it if the TQ72 is an upconverting HDMI divx player.
But it sounds like I should be using the HD860 as my dvd player, and don't bother connecting the 5-disc TQ72 to the tv? Just use the TQ-72 as a surround sound receiver? |
