Can anybody help?

I have a Viewsat Xtreme DVB receiver with a 33" dish already installed and located to 101.0W @ an elevation of 35 degrees and for some reason I can't get anything. I have a Universal LNB.

Tried several frequencies and nothing seems to work. The signal "s" seem to bounce around and the "q" is not there.

Can anybody help me??

Sat: AMC4 101.0W
LNB Power: ON
Lnb type: ????
Lnb: Freq:???
22kHz: off
TP Freq.: 11654
Search Option: All
DiSEqC 1.0: off
Motor: Off

Please help me... arggggg....

Did you check on the lyngsat website? There might be some trouble or something...

I am also trying to recieve RTP on AMC 4 and not having any success either ..Wondering if you managed to get your system up and running?

I am trying differnt settings though from lyngsat.com

Transponder 24 FreQ 12169
Symbal Rate 3003-3/4
33
Horizontal 18V

LNB KU-band

HELP!!!

Lnb: Freq: (I believe it should be a number on the LNB)
