Default Image from Digital Channels showing up on music channels

Whenever I go from a digital (and only digital) channel and put it on a music channel, i see the image of the last frame on all the music channels. If I go to an analog channel, then i goes away. As well, The guide hasn't been showing what song is playing lately.

What model box are you using and what city are you in?

on a side note, myself I have noticed that music information is taking a lot longer to show up then normal the past few weeks on both my 2000's and my 2500.

I noticed this started happening about the same time we acquired CTV HD Ch.310, a couple of weeks ago i.e. a static picture (like a frame grab) from the last HD channel I was viewing whenever I go to one of the music channels. Also there is no info about the song that is currently playing etc.
I'm in Burnaby and have a Motorola 6200 digital box.

Same thing here in Edmonton on my 6412....I decided to check out Shaw's "Christmas Log" digital channel when I had some company over, and had a weird "right edge" artifact from the previous channel displayed. I didn't know what to make of it...

Same thing here in East Van. On a 6200. It grabs the last frame of a digital channel and also no track info for the music.

Default menu artifacts

I have a slightly different problem when I click menu or guide on a music channel and press either off a very thin bar stays on the left side of the screen for several seconds.
Pressing exit can fix it quicker, but its like a thin row of pixels get stuck.
Very perplexing.

I just got off the phone after talking to two CSRs and they didn't know anything about the picture image problem on all the music channels. I told the last person I talked to that apparently it's happening throughout the Shaw system so he checked on his computer and he acknowledged that it was.
He said that it was a Motorola firmware glitch and it should be fixed in about two weeks.

Yep, still doing it here for me, although it depends on which channel I switched from.

So much for fixing it in "..about two weeks"...

My 6200 and 6412 both show the picture when changing channels but the 6412 shows song and artist info and the 6200 does not.

Same - 6412 Phase II here.... I don't use the music channels because this is so annoying.
