robinwood,

You use your remote control and enter the channel number.

The above mentioned channel doesn't seem to work in Ottawa for me at least but that doesn't mean much since they are "test"ing things and there is nothing to say it is only being done in some areas. I am sure we will soon enough have the channels in their proper location.

anyway if it is starting on the 9th should it not be in guide by now?

I'm really waiting for turner classic movies- hope it happens soon!

991 works for me. It's listed as test on the IPG and can be entered direct from there. I've never seen any channel info on the IPG before the channel was actually up and running. They said the 9th was the target date but couldn't give a 100% guarantee. I do think it will start then as the test channel looks really good.

I have heard that this channel will be "live" on January 9 (PM?).

It will be like TMN-HD used to be with mostly movies in Prime Time to begin with and NOT 24/7.

It will likely be on Rogers 310 (Toronto). I would guess it would also be somewhere in the 500s, near the current TMN-HD (537).

Edit - it's also on 540.

I manually recorded The Karate Kid yesterday, and after 20 years this movie still chokes me up. However, I do choose to look on it as a triumph, not so much for Daniel, who I think is a whiny pussy, but for Mr. Miyagi, whom the movie fades-to-black on.

Default BEV where

So I checked by EPG, and I couldn't find it.

Any recommendations?

Do I have to do a reboot, or is it not up yet on BEV?

Any help would be appreciated.

This is great!

Do you by any chance have the same thing for TMNHD?

Hugh does often put one up, but I can't find it right now. Use the following link instead and bookmark it.

I was aware of the listing on the web site for the current month but when I looked in December for January Movies I could only pull up a list of December's movies. I could do the first week in December based on the calander but that was it. I would love to have a list for the next month ahead of time as some movies will be on HD and others not. I don't mind to wait for a month for an HD version if I know it is coming but if not I figure I might as well just watch it in SD.

(Am I making sense?)

Thanks again,

Tom
