Default PPV Credit Policy ???

I got the $79 PPV credit from buying Sunday Ticket, and after buying a couple of PPV movies, I was billed for both of them this month. Is this an error?, or does bell credit you the following month?

I was billed for PPV's, and there was no credit. I am wondering if the credit should be there or if the credits are always applied on the following bill.

Same thing happened to me, But this was w/my Sept bill.

Thank you for subscribing to the NFL Sunday Ticket package. You have qualified to receive up to $79 in Pay Per View credits as part of the Early Bird offer. If you purchased an eligible PPV which has not been credited, you will receive the associated credit on your next monthly bill.

So I am going to give them till next month to see what they do.

I has the same problem so I just called BEV a few minutes ago . . . as an aside . . . I got through in about 30 seconds

Anyway, the CSR said that when they setup my Sunday Ticket account, they hadn't updated my account to include the PPV credits. She said that she had to send a memo or letter off to the credit/billing department and that the credit would be applied on a future bill.

It sucks that it wasn't applied for the PPV's I have recently purchased, but as long as I get the credit, it's no big deal from my point of view. The CSR was friendly and helpful as well.
