It's too bad. I saw the pilot, and thought the show had potential, but I wasn't going to watch any further episodes. I've got far too many shows on the go already; I just don't want to add any more unless they really knock me out.
Adam Goldberg was a lot of fun, and most of his zaniness didn't even seem too forced. And I loved when Chris O'Donnell decided to let the senator (or whatever he was) see the pictures. I love those "What did you say? Oh really? Well, take a look at this" moments! Maybe I'm being a hypocrite in saying this -- especially as I decided not to watch the show after seeing the pilot -- but I think it's a shame Fox is always killing shows before they're developed to their true potential. "Keen Eddie" got eight or nine episodes, "Wonderfalls" got four, and "Firefly" got nine, I think. All of these were wonderful shows, and all of them got terrible advertising and treatment from Fox, and all of these shows tanked because of it. Some shows simply need time to develop, or time to find an audience. I think in a less cluttered TV landscape, "Head Cases" might have done well. cheers, supervij |

I'm a firm believer that all episodes that have been filmed should be aired, even if it means moving the remaining episodes to another company run Network (in this case Fox could have moved the series over to F/X).

Fox seems to have an itchy trigger finger when it comes to canning shows. Other good shows that Fox cut before they had a chance to find an audience -
Undeclared, Andy Richter Controls the Universe, The Tick...among others. |
