I am seeing a scrolling (rising) greenish tinted band, half the screen height, on off-air screens and some lower channel programs that seems to be coming from the SA8300HD. It is less evident with the 8300 than the 8000.
It's Rogers with a Panny 42PHD7UY and Monster AV700 power bar. Different than the vertical bars of the other posts. I have no other splices in the cable line. It is not present with the DVD player. It is not the switching receiver. I am checking for alternate power/ground loop. Can Rogers install a filter? Any suggestions? |

OK, I think I beat it.
Ran the cable feed through the AV700 power bar. Go figure. It's clean now. I never bothered using it before because I thought it may cause more signal degradation. |
