Canadian TVs Affiliation for NFL - Canadian TV, Computing and Home Theatre Forums

I know that we can check The 506 for the distribution of Sunday afternoon NFL games in the United States. My question is, what about Canadian broadcasters? For example, CTV Montreal almost always airs what CBS or Fox Vermont airs. Now that I have timeshifters in HD, I have more choice for NFL games.

Specifically, my question is about CTV Halifax, CTV Toronto, CTV Vancouver, Citytv Toronto and Citytv Vancouver. From what American affiliates do they usually take their NFL games?

Generally, Halifax = Boston, Toronto = Buffalo and Vancouver = Seattle.
