Question Described Video on Channel 111 CTV Calgary

Hey everyone,
wondering who would be able to help me, I noticed that Channel 111 CTV Calgary had Described Video on the Big Bang Theory show last night, it seemed that other channels did not have this, and that other shows before or after Big Bang theory also did not have this issue. It seems that it is only at 9:30 and during that specific show. I have some one narrating the show for me step by step of what is happening, When I went to my Audio Settings the Described Video Section and it says its disabled.. anyone know why this is happening?? need some help as that issue is very frustrating.. please help...

It may be an issue with that channel, but you don't see it on other programming because the programming doesn't have DV. Sometimes Rogers picks up the incorrect channel feed - I have seen this happen several times before - especially with channels from the west. You'll likely need to contact Rogers - tell them which channel and which programme(s) so that they can check it out.

You can also double-check the menus on your TV to make sure the audio is set to stereo and not SAP (Secondary Audio Program).

Thanks Guys,
I will check the Audio Settings and make sure it is not set as SAP and if that does not work, I will call rogers and give them the details of what is happening.
Thanks both of you
