Default Rogers E-Mail Gone - Now Chat

I was looking for the e-mail address for Rogers Cable Support - I am seeing what kind of written answer they will give regarding the availability of Space HD & Discovery HD. I went to their website - under Email the only option were for Corporate or Media. I found an address from an email from them a few weeks ago - datasupport@rci.rogers.com Does anyone know if this address still works? I got a message back fairly quickly telling me about their Live Chat support - but I don't want to use Live Chat (I'm at work). Is my request going to die somewhere?

Apparently Rogers has discontinued support through email. The only two choices now are live chat or a phone call!

You could go "old school".

My latest Rogers bill shows another method of contact...Fax

Fax Customer Service at 1-800-331-2322

I would be curious to see how/if Rogers responds to a Fax.

Default Support change

Well it USED to be that we could email digitaltvsupport@rci.rogers.com to tell them what to fix.

I just did that - and here's the auto-response I got back:

Now I have to take MORE time out of my day to do back-and-forth CHAT about the issue where my original email to them was clear and concise.

Apparently Rogers has decided it is better for all of us to use chat instead of e-mail - so they can tell us that our problems are not problems and the new guide is working properly. So, as far as I can tell, e-mails are being ignored and deleted automatically. I sent them one a few weeks ago and got no response (other than the one you show!)
