UFC 146 PPV - Last Saturday Night

I've had problems ordering UFC pay per view events with Access in the past, but I decided to give it a try again this Saturday.

As it turns out, there was intermittent (but very regular) dropouts in both the audio and video through the entire event. A call to Access' customer service line indicated that the problem originated with their feed, and was therefore beyond their control. It's very frustrating when you miss the knockout punch of a big fight only to cut back in 10 seconds later.

I wrote them an email yesterday morning to ask what their plan was for compensation, as the broadcast was nearly unwatchable and clearly not as advertised. I have not yet received a reply from them. I'd like to think I haven't wasted $60+.

Does anyone have experience with this type of problem?
