I can't believe BTV won't even be showiing their own leasted sat they'll be using?

Not sure they ever have.

Guess they do not want Bell PVR's full of recordings if it goes horribly wrong.....lol

If I'm not mistaken way back when, when I orginally had BTV I some how recall they showed the launch of N2. But that was a long time ago.

Yes the launch was previously televised on EVu when Nimiq 3 (I think) was launched in the summer of 2004. That was the beginning of all the new channel packages........remember the good old days when the "new time shifter feature" was introduced at no additional cost.....and the All You Can Eat package was $49.95 a month.

I remember when they had the logo up on chan 198 we are now broadcasting from our new satellite N2, it failed shortly after that. Pinza they prob don't want to jinx it. lol

There is over 24 hours before launch, can't possibly imaging they are live now.....

Pinza homer said the link is active and it is. Until today it was just a blank webpage now there's a placeholder video. So yeah theres no live video yet but at least now we know the page is working.
