New IPG with Harmony One Remote - Canadian TV, Computing and Home Theatre Forums

Ok I tried to search but could not see anyone else talking about this.
I have the updated IPG and a Harmony One Remote

I was able to get the D button working but on my Harmony remote my
A / B / C buttons all have a nice icon/picture with blue background the button looks like the button on the rogers remote.

But I can't get this for the D button?

Any suggestions yes guess I’m picky but it's bugging me

Did you try Harmony's customer support? They used to have excellent customer support but I haven't contacted them for a few years.

I did but they said I’m over 6 months so out of warranty

I also searched there forms

As far as I know the icons are not customizable and must be created by logitech. I think you can request that they supply one but who knows how long that would take.

I am pretty sure that is for favorites icons only. Those can be changed with the Logitech software, but the icons that are related to functions are supplied by Logitech (e.g. the "A" button).

I just created a custom button called "Weather" since this is the only function of the D button anyway.
