Has anybody ever noticed that the news package channels are not working? It's even included in the Medium package. I have the Large package which has the news in it, and it has a black screen with a call MYTV number on the bottom. I don't want to pay for false advertising. Has that happen to anybody?

i forgot i opted-in for the learning section in the medium before they switched it to the large and knocked off the news section. probably telus being stupid. anyway, thanks for the help.
