I heard a rumor that Shaw Winnipeg is going all Digital with no analogue channels in the near future. Does anyone have any input on this?

Shaw is in the process of their Digital Network Upgrade. In Winnipeg and most other areas, Shaw has either already ceased analog transmission of the Tiers, or they are in the process of doing so. However, Basic Cable will still be available in analog for the foreseeable future.
