Has anybody ever gotten the self serve app to work? I can do it from the website, but the iPhone app just sits at the splash screen and never does anything.

It's been like that for 6 months! Just download the Virgin Mobile app from the App store, it works for Bell customers.

Which Virgin app? There are a number available on the App Store, none of which specify that they work with Bell. Also, most cost money and have generally bad reviews, so it would be nice to know which one works.

Virgin mobile members lounge, it's free. It's does not say that it works with Bell Mobility customers but it does. (Bell owns Virgin Mobile)
You must have WIFi turned off and have 3G data turned on. I |

Thanks for the reply. I do not have a Virgin Mobility account and am therefore not able to log onto their "lounge" where, supposedly, there is a link to the app in question. I tried using my Bell account info with no success. Could you post a link to the "Virgin lounge", presumably one that does not require you to log in since this thread is about getting usage data for a Bell account.

What the heck are you talking about? You don't need a Virgin Mobile account.
Just download the App onto your iPhone from the App Store! The App is called Virgin Mobile Members Lounge! |

I was logged into the US store which is why the Virgin app did not show up. Once on the Canadian store, it magically appeared. Thanks for the help.
