Montreal, QC: Winegard AP 3700 VHF antenna pre-amplifier
I'm selling my brand new Winegard AP 3700 VHF TV antenna pre-amplifier
This is a high gain, high input, low noise, quality amplifier. It improves over-the-air TV antenna signal reception allowing weaker channels, providing better quality reception, and preventing annoying signal drop outs.
This is a VHF band signal amplifier for VHF channels #2 to #13. This is ideal if you have weak Montreal and area VHF channels, #7, #8, #10 (TVA), #12 (CFCF), and especially for difficult and weak Vermont channel #13 (ABC-WVNY, 22.1)
At the same time, it will pass (bypass) all the UHF band channels also, so these channels will not be interfered with. It has a single antenna coaxial cable input.
It also has an FM signal trap, which when engaged will filter out the strong local FM radio signals reducing their interference.
Generally, this unit is placed near the antenna, between the antenna and the TV, connected using the antenna's coaxial cable. A power supply unit is placed inside the house, plugged into an outlet and connected to the coaxial cable.
This was used for 1 month at my cottage and it works very well, and should help provide stable drop-out free TV channel reception.
It is the complete package, including purchase receipt.
You are saving taxes, shipping costs, and more.
I am asking $ 50.00.
