Moderator -- please merge if there is a prior thread on this subject. I do not know how far back it would go.
My feeling is that based on how last season finished off, this was about the best that they could do under the circumstances. I am not sure what cast members are gone from last season, but if the female prison doctor takes over from 13, then you have someone else on the team that would break the rules for the greater good. Maybe Masters will come back in a quasi-Cuddy role to provide a balance for House's team at some point. Without Cuddy and without the usual wit between House and Wilson, I predict only one more year. But maybe that's the way that Hugh Laurie will want the series to end -- after his contract is up at the end of the 2011-2012 season. |

I thought it was a good premiere but then I love House no matter what. Bad House is better than 99 % of other programmes on tv. I am looking forward to the new realtionship with Wilson but I'm sure they will recover as Holmes must have his Watson.

So House is ending this season which I think is about right. At its prime this was by far the best show on t.v. and I loved it. It has become tired in the last couple of seasons but I still watch it. I think it's good it's finishing this year and look forward to, hopefully, a great finale.

Me too. Agreed. Last week's episode was of interest, though because of the final interaction between House and Chase.
Maybe Cuddy's character will make a rare appearance on the series finale (in a dream). And then house O.D's and passes away. |

I think House will commit suicide as the pain will continue to debilitate him and he just cannot find happiness. That would probably be a fitting ending.

I stopped watching this season, but I still peek at a few episodes every now and then, just to see if anybody died, or left the series.
Just in case you haven't watched Season 7 yet, the hidden portion of this post is perhaps one of the possible plot points that I think might actually make it into the final episode ... or hopefully something even more interesting (perhaps Cuddy and Thirteen will fall in love). Click and hold your mouse button as you slide it over the coloured section to reveal the possible spoiler for the last episode. Potential Spoiler Alert:

HOUSE - OTA seen in Kingston, on 50.2 "CW" channel.
Yes, agreed, like HOUSE / Dr HOUSE series. But I've only been able to watch it very intermittently. One show here and there - unfortunately. Anyway, what I wanted to mention ... I'm in Kingston Ontario usually on my weekends, and I noticed that OTA - Over the air - ABC - WWTI - 50.1 from the U.S. [ from Watertown NY ? ] has a subchannel 50.2 called something like CW network -or- CW channel . Last Saturday Night, that Subchannel 50.2 " CW " played 2 back to back episodes of HOUSE. 8-9 PM and 9-10 PM. Not sure if they were 2012, "NEW Season" episodes ... I don't think so ... But anyway - was nice to be able to watch 2 episodes of HOUSE, one after the other, on my Saturday Night. ... There was not much else "ON" that night that was of much interest to me. |
