4 X 1 Switch issue

[Kraven]

BSC 621 2D lnb w/ C and Ku outputs connected to switch's LNb1 and LNB2 inputs. Switch output runs to Sg2100 motor, then to Openbox S10 receiver.

Receiver is set to:

C Band: 5150
22MHZ: off
Diseq1: Port 1
Diseq1.2: disabled
Diseq1.3: Motor

Ku Band: 9150-10600 Universal
22MHZ: auto
Diseq1: Port2
Diseq1.2: disabled
Diseq1.3: Motor

Results: No signal, no movement

Set Diseq1.3 to USALS --> movement but limited signal since alignment is off (did pick up 20 music channels); the music transponder's signal is 70%quality. However, if I switch Diseq1.3 to MOTOR, signal drops to 29-30%.

Any thoughts?
