Additional Speaker Suggestions

I currently have a 32" Samsung in my kitchen area and I use a pair of Creative labs 3.1 speakers via the headphone jack on the TV and everything works great.
Volume is controlled by the cable box remote , internal TV speakers are muted..I'm happy ! I can't stand the sound produced by most flat panel TVs..it just doesn't cut it...

We're looking are replacing the 32" with a larger set and keep the Creative speakers , however , as far as I can see, most of the current models don't have a headphone jack. The new TV will be wall mounted above existing bookcases ( 9" deep ) , so that doesn't support a complete stereo system ( perhaps a small THIB setup ) if that's my only option. Is there any way I can use the creative speakers with any of the outputs and maintain control of everything ?
