Lost all channels since firmware upgrade
Firmware was apparently upgraded overnight on my DX3200. Now I have zero channels. can't even get through to customer service. Busy signal. Seems to me when I roll out updates for my PC customers, I confirm upgrades before going whole hog. Anyone else having problems?

Does it show a 0 on the front? If so write down your serial number (starts with an M) and go to activations.shaw.ca and reset your terminal (click the I purchased from Shaw button)
