Default HDPVR 530: 2nd Tuner Dead ??

About a week ago my 2nd turner on my 2 year old HDPVR 530 stopped working. There is absolutely no signal with it. Both connections coming out wall work with the 1st tuner-in connection on the back of the PVR.

I have done a reset with the PVR for 15 seconds via the power button. Is there anything else I can try? Has this happened to anyone you know with this HDPVR?

I'd also try unplugging it from the wall, do you have more than 1 receiver on your acount? if so you have a warranty. if no warranty i'd haul the top off and check where the coaxial connecter enter the machine, something may have come loose.

Strange...

So I'm still getting 39 for the signal and 0db on the 2nd turner but I'm still able to record another channel and pause live tv...

I'm unplugged the receiver too and still the same thing. This doesn't make any sense..

I made sure to double check my findings but going back and checking the other channel that I was recording.

He might have a warranty on his single receiver if there is a 2.49 single receiver fee on his bill each month.

What does System Status MP mean? Normally it is S but showing MP on the second tuner.
