Default Tablet with wifi + USB + camera + Cyanogenmod support?

I started a thread earlier about smartphone or small tablet with camera. Yesterday, I dropped by the electronics dept of the local superstore, and got a shock. I'm a 6 foot tall male, and the smartphones on display looked microscopic to me. No way I'd be comfortable with them in my hands. I obviously want at least a small (i.e. 7") tablet; maybe even a 10" unit.

I've been doing some research. My wishlist now includes...
  • wifi (I don't really need cellphone connectivity)
  • USB or some other external device connector
  • camera
  • SD or similar data card
  • preferably supported by Cyanogenmod (i.e. Android based tablet)
  • anything I'm missing?

Any tablets that come close to those specs?

Thanks; that list certainly narrows down the choices. Now to put Mr. Google to work, and read some specs and reviews.

You really shouldn't limit your self to Cyanogenmod support as it's based on android 2.3... we are up to Android 3.2 on the new tablets. Though CM was a great update to the old android the new version has much more features and improvements it's better by far. Now a CM version of android 3.2 would be great but unfortunatly I've heard Google is not releasing the source code for any new versions, so development will be much harder.

Bottom line, Go for a new 3.2 tablet! I recently bought the Asus transformer 10" and I have to say at least take a look at one, the IPS screen is a beauty!
