Default Is my network card taking drugs?

By my count that is 565 880 000 packets/second! What gives?

Even still that has got to be some super-charged uploads. Plus it is not possible with a 100mbps ethernet card to transfer the packets at the rate I calculated.

Also it is Adaware and VirusScan clean.
