WebMD today announced the launch of its leading consumer health app on the Android platform. With over 5 million downloads since launching WebMD for iPhone and iPad, the release of WebMD for Android is the latest move by WebMD to meet increasing consumer demand for its trusted health information.

WebMD for Android helps consumers in their decision-making and health improvement efforts by providing 24/7 access to mobile-optimized health information and decision-support tools, including WebMD's Symptom Checker, Drugs & Treatments, First Aid Information and Local Health Listings. WebMD for Android incorporates the new voice search functionality by providing users with voice activated search for information on a health condition, drug, treatment or first aid topic.

I have this app on the iPad and its excellent. I recommend Android users check it out.
