Our local Audiotronic has finally received the Samsung UND 8000 and I was wondering whether there are any problems with this set that I should be aware of before I go to view it next week.
Thanks |

What I meant was are there noticeable weakness (cons) with this set that I should be looking for that might influnce my decision to buy it. (does it have poor screen uniformity, excessive brightness variation and banding; do details in shadows get obscured and and the screen reflect a lot of ambient light).
I figure the more information I have from people who have already seen this set the better buyer I'll be. |

Greetings
I haven't seen an LCD set that didn't have uniformity issues. Or a set that killed shadow detail after it was set up correctly. The high end LCD sets all have reflective surfaces similar to the plasma sets. It makes them look more upscale. How much light it reflects really depends on what your room looks like and no one here but you knows that. Regards
