Default Rogers - Channel Info (top right)

Anybody notice the channel info in a rectangular box in the top right when you do "info" on a SD channel? The info banner at the bottom of the screen still shows up. A bit redundant info but kinda neat.

I haven't tried on an HD channel yet; especially since I have 3100HD which still probably can't do graphics overlay but this recent change is due to a software upgrade. I'll be getting the SA8000HD shortly if everything goes to plan so I won't have to worry about that.

Wonder if there any thing else that is new in the set top box software?

Got the software upgrade this AM and now my 3200 is doing it too. The PVR's have always done it and with them, seeing the time can be handy.

It's always been there on the 3200's - it was a strip above the info bar - now it's just been moved to the top right.

It's always been there on the 3200HD...not the regular 3200.

Ah, OK...I know it wasn't there on the 2000 or 2100 or whatever it is my parents have.
