Default Greek FTA channels

My neighbor is looking for Greek FTA channels.
Does anyone know what satellites have Greek FTA channels?
btw, he doesn't mind if the size of the dish is big to view them (C/KU band)

The only Greek FTA channel in North America is ERT World, international service from Greece's public broadcaster. It is available on NSS 806 (40.5°W) via C-Band. Its on Transponder 22a, you will receive ERT World plus 3 radio stations (http://www.lyngsat.com/nss806.html)

There is another channel that is currently available FTA- Antenna Satellite, however unlike ERT World it is a private network and may become encrypted at any time. Its on AMC 1 (103.0°W) via C-Band on Transponder 2. http://www.lyngsat.com/amc1.html

Yup the days when all the Greek channels were open have passed. your buddy would need a motorized dish with a wideband feed, or he can put up two stationary dishes with lnbf's, one with the slab the other without for the channels mentioned.

Thanks guys!

Since when the above channels became free?
btw He wants me to install the big C band dish for him, but where do I buy a C band dish from? (no online stores please )
btw he lives on a building. Will he have any problems with his landlord? Because I think buildings dont allow dishes to be mounted....I am lucky and I got away with it (for 7 years and counting!)
edit: I want to give him my Viewsat Xtreme, will it work with C band?

The Greek ERT channel mentioned above, what is the minimum size dish I need to receive that channel, and is it still on that transponder?

That bird would probably need a minimum of 6 foot and a circular C Band LNBF.
