Stop....The solution is simple. Maybe. (Complaints)
I found a very effective way of dealing with Bell/Rogers ripping me off. Instead of spending countless hours on the phone and trying to talk to people I can't hear/understand due to overseas poor phone connections.
I simply filed a complaint with the CRTC, and within a month I got a check in the mail and a written letter of apology.

Maybe the more complaints the CRTC gets they may actually start listening...Well we call all dream can't we?
All I want is a reliable service with a simple bill at a fair price without the hidden fees!
