It's an adult subscription service, like AOV and Playboy. Not PPV.

Bell TV channels are available by calling Bell, through iTV or online. If this is not a Bell channel, then you have posted in the wrong forum.

Hard TV might not actually be available on BellTV. That website does seem to indicate that it is, but I havn't seen it uplinked so unless its new to BellTV it might be an error on the website. The channel is definately on Rogers cable.

Hard TV, a Cat 2 specialty service that was spun off when Pridevision rebranded to OutTV. It is an adult entertainment channel aimed at the LGBT community and neither Bell TV nor Shaw (Direct and Digital Cable) carry it.

It's not available on Bell TV.

It is possible to send suggestions to Bell - I don't know if you can on the web site, but if you call an agent with your request, they can pass it on via a form.

What's a program broker? I've never heard the term before.
