how to use the Code Search for my Atlas HD-PVR Remote!! - Canadian TV, Computing and Home Theatre Forums

hey guys, ive had my HDPVR for some time now, and just got a new tv and forgot / lost the list of codes for the remote, and i remember that they're is a way to do an Auto Search with the remote... anyone know what / how i do this??

yea that was the first step i try'd, and i get a pop up asking me to accept the new adobe reader thinger, and it dosent fully display the licence agreement, and wont let me hit the accept button, so i was stuck, and i ended up here!! thanks for that though!

What brand of TV is it?
Or for auto search instruction flip the remote over instruction on back. if you still cant find it push tv then hold setup for 5 sec then (9-9-1) then power button once then push ch up when your tv turns off hit the setup button done

hit TV button -> hold setup till it flashes twice -> type 9-9-1 -> hit power -> toggle channel up button until tv turns off and then hit 'setup' again and 'TV' should blink twice. Hope that's not too confusing.

Depending on how old your remote is there is a good chance the instructions are written on the back of it too.
