I just picked one of these up, and am starting my attempt to consolodate everything.
Has anyone worked with this product or something similar? One concern I have is the TV tuners seem to only function with CableCard (US Product if I understand correctly). I am on Bell Expressvu and it only seems like it will hook up to the tuners via S-video (not what I had planned - wanted HDMI) Can anyone aid me? |

I think the problem is essentially the tuners - they are not going to work with my Bell 6131 (If I want to record HD)
Here are the tuners it has and a tiny description; "This particular version of the TP25 arrived with two external ATI TV Wonder Digital Cable Tuners that allow you to watch and record two different programs at the same time. The tuners are CableCard compatible" Can I just swap out these tuners and use something that will work with my 6131? Any tuner recommendations? Are these ATI TV Wonder Digital Cable Tuners any good ie: what price could I perhaps get for them? Thank you, |

For recording the HD output from the 6131 I know that Hauppage do a device, if that helps.
