I'm new to this forum and i am starting to build my home theater from the ground up. I'm going with a front projection set up, so my first question of probably many is,
"Has anyone used this material as mentioned above in the title to make a DIY screen?" If so can you let me know the pros and cons of it. Thanks siavreg |

You can use blackout material that you can buy at any fabric store like "Club Tissus". It is usually 54" wide and not expensive. This material is used to black out the sun in hotel rooms. It is white or light grey and has a very fine weaving and a rubberlike coating. This is what I have been using in my setup for 8 years now.
Good luck ! |
