I'm not seeing ch 285 either. Has anyone noticed it is somewhere else on the dial?

Fight Network is on 388 .... not 390 as listed on channel 271.
No sign of Silver Screen Classics either.

That's two months in a row that Bell has botched the content on Channel 271.

Bell seems to have two feeds of Silver Screen Classics,one on 337(signal coming from 82 sat.)and the other on 285 (signal coming from 91 sat.)

Both are working for me,but I do subscribe to it.

Called Bell about missing 285, Silver Screen Classics, they stated it was on 337 which I said I am not getting. Then came rebooting, check switching, etc, etc, followed by authorization of all my receivers still nothing. From my perspective it would appear someone has forgotten to authorize the channel as a free preview! Maybe a few of you could give them a gentle reminder!

I don't have the Silver Screen free preview either. I don't show 285 or 377 in my guide. I tried to call bell but they're closed.

I got an email telling me how to get the missing channels..I'll post it here in case anyone is interested. No, I didn't try it....

side is facing down
- Wait until you receive the message: ?Acquiring satellite signal.
Please Wait?
- Reconnect the cable to the ?SAT IN? port, ensuring that you screw the
cable in slowly until it becomes tight.

We're getting everything but Fight and Silver Screen they dont even show up in our guide. I don't want to do a hard reboot or take out the smartcard or risk anything like that. I think its Bell's problem.

I think the problem with not getting Silver Screen Classics channel 285 and channel 337 lies with Bell. I think nobody there set it up as a free preview on Thursday April 1st therefore nothing will be done until Monday April 5th or Tuesday April 6th when whoever handles this is back from Easter Holiday. So all the rebooting and smartcard pulling will accomplish nothing.

I'm not getting the Silver Screen channel either.

After looking for it, I also realized I am not getting the SD feeds of CBS-W, ABC-W, FOX-W and NBC-W. However, I am getting the HD versions of those channels.

It's just not worth the complete aggravation of calling Bell to straighten it out.

This is not uncommon. The time shifted SD and HD US nets are now split into separate packages that cost $1 each.

I'm not getting anything on 285 either but 337 showed up last night for me.

#337 shows up when I punch it in, and the header says there's some Laurel and Hardy stuff on, but no picture or sound.

Were now getting SSC on 285 and Fight on 388. The prevue channel on our rcvr says SSC is on 285; no mention of 337. When I punch in 337 it goes to a PPV channel 338. We only get the 91 sat so maybe 337 is for people who get two sats. If you aren't seeing SSC on 337 try 285.
