...why would it ignore a Bell cellphone call?
There may have been a temporary issue with the system. I had this happen on the regular phone call display a few weeks ago.

Also see the last paragraph of post 73.

Ours has said that for the past two days...

I mentioned earlier a small issue with the banner being on screen for a while. If you wish to quickly remove the banner hit the OK/Select button, not the Exit button.

it seems to be down on my HD Box: Scientific Atlantic 4250, but on the Standard Definition boxes it works just fine. Anyone else experience this phenominom?

It works for me on my 3 SA boxes (1 HD, 2 SD) but it doesn't seem to work on my Pace SD box. When I tune to channel 975, I just get a blank screen. I will try and reset the box when I get a chance.

There is an issue with Pace boxes, they expect it to be fixed in the near future.

I called yesterday (live in London) and was told it was active for London customers but they were having issues with it.

Funny part is he also told me even though I have Digital Cable and Call Display that it was a good thing I called in (975 was showing up in the guide but when I went to it it said Unauthorized) because he told me as far as he knew you had to call and have a CSR activate it for you it wasn't automatically done.

As mentioned earlier in this thread, activation of this service should be automatic for anyone with a Rogers digital STB, with a Rogers Home Phone service with call display.

Also as noted earlier in this thread, there seem to be a few teething problems with this new service.

called a tekie, one of my STB's (the High Definition) says its not activated yet, while the two standard definition STB's work with caller id. i called Roger' and they told me its a faulty wiring job so they scheduled a tech to come to my house. but i took the box and moved it to an existing out let where there is an already working Standard Definition STB which the caller id works and what do u know, my box still does not work, so it cant be the wiring, i think its afaulty box, but i could be wrong right? any other suggestions? i am not dying to get this to work but if they said its suppost to work, and im paying for it, i would like it to work.

Accodring to what Rogers told me, it's supposed to be available in Mississauga tomorrow. So, give it another day to see what happens. Both my HD & SD sets show it's not available yet.
