Shaw HD Issues?

Has anyone else encountered the problems that shaw has with HD feeds?
I was watching Hells Kitchen Tuesday night at 8 on Q13 Fox. Not even half way through the show it suddenly changed to SD after the commercials and remained SD even after the show was over. It isn't just last night. There are ALWAYS issues when Hells Kitchen is airing, and last season was brutal.
I thought it may be a Q13 problem so I called them up and they told me there is nothing wrong with there HD broadcast and because of where Shaw picks-up there signal, have difficulties with over the air reception. As a result, it causes problems with their equipment which passes right along to you. Q13 signal is just fine over the air, on Comcast, DirecTV, and Fios
