The annual Black Hat technical security conference going on in Las Vegas this week has shown a a method of taking control of an iPhone by sending malicious SMS or Text message. http://www.bmighty.com/blog/main/arc...nd_iphone.html
And last week, two researchers posted a video on YouTube demonstrating how easy it can be to break the encryption and retrieve the passcode an on iPhone 3GS -- the same encryption that Apple describes as "highly secure."

Apple release's 3.0.1 at 297.9 MB that fixes the loophole, I wish Apple would just patch things instead of the complete OS.
