Why should we do anything, Bernie? Many of those countries are run by de facto dictatorships. Surely they're "getting things done"...

Given his friend FIA boss Max Mosley's penchant for torture (remember this thread: F1 boss Mosley caught in Nazi-style orgy) it is time for the dissident F1 teams to break away and start with a clean slate.

Indeed. Completely cracked, I'd say. Hopefully there's a mandatory retirement or mental stability stipulation in his employment terms with which they can flag him into a permanent pit stop away from F1 and any other public activities.

Perhaps his recent divorce is taking it's toll on him? Afterall he was stupid enough to transfer his est 2.4 billion pounds fortune to his now ex wife Slavica's name, for tax purposes
