Voting for Verge Music Awards begins

XM Canada announced this week it will host its second annual Verge Music Awards on September 22, 2009. The Awards show will present $25,000 to winners of Album of the Year and $25,000 to Artist of the Year.

The years ceremony will take place at The Mod Club in Toronto and will be broadcast live on the Verge (XM channel 87). Voting for album and artist of the year begins Canada Day and continues until August 31st.
