Odd situation tonight. I'm receiving an SD picture on 6.2, but nothing on 6.1. Signal is perfect with a 33dB SNR.

See any of the several Sun TV/News threads about them no longer broadcasting conventionally. They are now strictly distributing a Category C digital signal.

As noted in the main CBC topic by Marc, it's expected that the entire CBC network (including CBET Windsor) will go HD full time tomorrow, Monday 11/7/11. The EPG is expected on Monday 11/28/11.

WLPC-LD is now testing on RF 40. They are using their actual frequency instead of their old analog channel, 26.

No signal here at my location down near the bridge (although my tuner sees something and is jumping from 0-15%, and I need 40% for a lock)... are they still on air testing?

It depends on your receiver. I have an RCA TV that lists 40-1 through 4, with 40-3 airing programming and everything else blank. Other receivers list only 40-2 which is very odd. 40-2 on those is blank.

So what your saying is the signal is live? I can see something is there on all of my receivers as it is jumping from 0-15% but can't get a lock from my location.

Yes, it is live, but there is no audio or video (unless you have a certain receiver apparently.

I spoke to one of the engineers of WLPC-LD, and found out some info. They are working on mapping the programming at 40.3 to 40.1. However, my situation of 40.2 and 40.2 only popping up on certain receivers was new to them. Anyone have advice for them to fix it?

Their transmitter is on the Cadillac Building, not the Ren Cen as I originally thought. Also, they may not be operating at full power, since they are testing.
