Rogers Remote Code for RCA HDTV- Help!!

Hi,
I've tried all the codes for RCA TVs that the remote manual lists and done a laborious manual search with the remote (Atlas Rogers DVR/PVR 5-Device) but no luck. Does anyone know a way I can get this "Universal" remote to work with my RCA Model L32HD31R HDTV? I've tried the "991" method with the remote for about 20 minutes as it tries the codes from it's library, but no response. I went to the Rogers site, and it gave me all the codes from the manual that I already tried. I'm at a dead end...help!

When I searched for your model TV, the first few links were with Wal-Mart - who knows what brand this really is... If you have the 5 button remote, I assume you've tried code 0047, which is what I got back from the URC site.
