Greetings,
Thursday morning I tried to watch some prerecorded and was hit with this pop-up. I initially thought it was the disk full error. I was able to watch live tv, but nothing was accessing on the prerecorded. Anyway., watched tv for the day, then decided to unplug the pvr for the next day. Last night we powered it back on and it worked. THANK GOD. Just wondering if anybody else has been faced with this. If there's anything I should be *prepared for*, other errors possibly? Is it worth calling Bell and reporting it (maybe get a new device...not that I want one..unless it's an upgrade LOL). Device:9242 Software:v138 or is this version?

The current software version for the 9242 is V183.
Was everything on the PVR producing this error, or just a particular recording? It's possible the power cycle allowed the file system to be repaired, and therefore fixed the problem. I would suggest waiting and see if it happens again. If it does, you might want to consider a replacement. Otherwise, calling technical support isn't going to produce any solutions. -Mike

oh, I think it's 183...mixed the digits up.
Hitting the grey pvr button would bring that error. I couldn't even access the pvr recordings menu lol.
