It's a bit tough being Canadian.
Americans have Pandora and Rhapsody. Europeans now have Spotify. I'm trying to find a site where you can legally listen to recorded music of your choice. Anyone know of any such sites that allow Canadian IPs? |

Thanks. I have Lastfm...but it doesn't let you listen to anything that's not in your library. [You can in Europe]. You only get previews, for the most part.

Sites like Rhapsody and Spotify allow you, for instance, to stream the new U2 album, or any album you like, when you like |

Some posts deleted. The original poster asked for sites that were legal so please lets not go into the piracy zone.

'K, thanks for everyone's help.
For the record, someone at work tipped me to another site. Not sure if it's Canadian, but it doesn't reject Canadian IPs and is exactly what I'm looking for, and I'm pretty sure it's all legit. You can select artists, and then pick an album and listen to it from start to finish. www.imeem.com |

Just tried it out for a bit, and I'll never go back again.
Looks like a lot of the songs are uploaded by users, and aren't always the best quality. (Ran into several songs which had a lot of random pops and other unwanted artifacts in the audio). I'll stick with Nutsie for now. |
