We moved the tv and now the left corner of the screen is messed up. We can manually fix it perfectly. When we turn the tv off it loses everything we manually fixed. The magic focus works great except for the corner. It is not saving the data when we press 1 for done. We have never used this before. I saw bearhat had the same problem. Please help. Thanks
