i know i cannot excede six boxes so I am planning to switch an SD box for a new HD. I have asked Bell this question but don't trust anything they tell me. I don't think they even understood my question!
If a buy a seventh box do I have to pick which of the other six to de-activate or can I simply unplug any of the other six before I activate the new one. Thanks Tony |

You need to call and deactivate one receiver. It will stay on your account but will be inactive.

I'm not sure how many boxes I have in my name, but only the 6 receivers I have activated show up in my account. Bell does say my 15 plus receivers are visible to them in my account though. I regularly cycle them through my account to ensure they are always up to date with cards etc.
