One of the HDD's on our webhosting server failed. It has now been replaced and data has been fully restored from a backup but the server's operating system itself had to be reinstalled fresh. From what I have been told, our website should be online later on today.
Our apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.
As of late last night, our webhosting server has been fully restored and is back online.
From what I have been told, the initial replacement drive was defective so a new one had to be acquired which made restoring our website longer than anticipated.
Again, our apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Had our system administrator restart the DNS server. I probably had the server IP address cached here so that's why I did not notice it right away. He's going to keep a close eye on the server over the next few days to ensure everything is kosher.
