I HAVE called for a few days. There is no option to leave a message. I have driven by the store last three days and it is closed but someone is picking up the mail. I have sent several emails. I thought these forums were for support??

No these forums don't have any connection with the retailer. I suggest contacting them through their website if they don't answer their phone.

Sometimes the one line answers like the one you received really drive me crazy. Why waste the time to just say "phone them".....

These Forums are here to help out but sometimes it really does make me wonder how many people come on DHC, get a reply like that and then disappear into the ether.....

I am glad you finally figured it out, looks like you did it on your own as well, no help from the former owner of the site, eh.?
