The area is only capable of getting Bell Internet 5. They offered free installation, free modem and free activation, 8 months and can cancel anytime, 265GB for $33.95 per month. Good deal?

What does it go up to after 8 months. That's about the same deal as TSI offers. Th difference is that TSI's prices don't go up after a few months.

Not too sure, but we are only going to be down in Windsor for 8 months so it worked out perfectly timing wise...
